What is “Beyond Leadership to Transformation”?

The central question that Beyond Leadership to Transformation has been designed and developed to address is:

“How can we, both individually and collectively, redesign or co-design ourselves and the environments in which we live to optimize the growth and functioning of all the members in any given institution, organization, or community?”

Beyond Leadership to Transformation is a unique, open-systems approach to leading culture change. It is focused on enhancing human performance and growth, using values and principles that are inherent in each of us, and requires development and conditioning to be fully utilized.

The following model identifies the core components of this ‘transformation process’ as concentric circles. Visualize each component interacting and affecting the other. They are dynamic and ever-changing. For analysis purposes and ease of understanding, we will focus on each component with a brief definition. As this text unfolds, we will gain a better awareness of each component and its interaction with the others.
