The Director of Operations is accountable for directing the day-to-day operations of an operating group. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation, including direct client interface, customer satisfaction, employee development, and fiscal accountability. The Director executes strategic direction set by the client and Executive Staff. The role includes executing tactical plans to achieve the strategic objectives. This is a full-time role, based in Norman, OK. Remote working is not an option.

Essential Responsibilities:

Hands-On Leader
Function as a key member of the management team to provide value-added service to client companies.
Work closely with colleagues from Operations, Sales, IT, and Corporate to successfully meet client needs and complete various projects.
Be flexible and open to managing varied work situations and support multiple projects.
Apply performance improvement tools and techniques for process improvements.
Directly interface with client on a daily basis to develop and sustain business processes and practices that result in number one rankings and sustained client relationships.
Provide specific guidance to managers, employees and other staff to ensure that the focus is correct and the work is accomplished on time, within budget and meets or exceeds the highest quality standards.
Customer satisfaction - interact with internal and external clients to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
Oversee staff to insure accurate and timely tactical processes.
Recommend and approve salary increases, transfers, and promotions; develop performance plans, monitor progress, coach and evaluate employees; provide training and other developmental programs for staff; and, interview, select, and terminate associates within guidelines.
Minimal Qualifications:

BS/BA (or 3+ years of relevant working experience) or related field, MBA preferred.
3+ year experience managing Financial Call Centers
3+ years vendor management in an outsourcing environment
3+ years working in a management capacity supervising exempt personnel.
The Ideal candidate would have experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
The ideal candidate would have a Series 7, 9, and 10 (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to work both with technical and operational personnel
Demonstrated experience and expertise within the BPO call center industry (inbound and outbound).
Change management skills to develop critical people-based processes
Demonstrated track record of leadership roles on specific projects
Possess broad business knowledge. Technical skills should support an understanding of business issues and the specific impact of technology upon people and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point and other related applications.
Flexible in dealing with frequent and erratic client demands.

At least 5-10+ years’ experience selling end-to-end enterprise software solutions in a direct/indirect consultative and solution-based sales environment.
Cloud or SaaS selling experience is a plus.
Experience working for a start-up is a plus.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding aggressive monthly and yearly revenue targets consistently.
Ability to travel, as needed, to support a multi-state regional territory.
The Job:

Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through previous contacts, cold calling, industry trade shows, and working leads from webinars, direct mail, and marketing campaigns.
Working collaboratively in a matrixed sales environment providing expertise as the sales executive.
Aggressively work the pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas consistently.
Obtain the maximum sales revenue from each account and sales opportunity by recognizing the broader needs the offered solutions can address.
Establish the best possible long-term relationship with each prospect and customer to maximize future revenue opportunities, including meaningful business relationships with “C” level executives.
Delivering revenue through direct selling and partner channels:

Exceed quota in annual software licensing targets, producing consistent quarter-by-quarter revenue through new business opportunities
Work with internal teams to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic marketing activities, including conferences, campaigns, and seminars leveraging your extensive market knowledge and leveraging our extensive partner network.
Demonstrating strong communication and collaborative working skills by being able to:

Build strong relationships with sellers of partner sales teams.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including pre-sales, professional services, alliances, and support to ensure that prospects’ and customers’ needs are met
Effectively managing the sales processes to drive maximum revenue, including:

Proactively engage in the direct and indirect channel sales process.
Manage the commercial and legal negotiation process in partnership with the company's legal representatives.
Manage all stages of the sales life cycle to utilize company resources effectively.
Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity records in Salesforce.com weekly.

Individual and Team (A solo driver can drive anywhere between 3000 - 3500 miles a week, if no restrictions and not picky. A team driver can be dispatched between 6000 - 7000 miles per week, provided they don't have restrictions and are not picky bout the loads or areas that they will be dispatched to.)
Must have the physical ability
$.47 - .$50/mile (They require the SOLO drivers to complete 10k miles for the same current month and team drivers to complete at least 18k miles for the same current month and for the remainder of the month, they can take a time off. Also, they need drivers to be out at least 2 to 2.5 weeks out at a time.)
A solo driver can make around $1500+ if he runs the miles mentioned above and the team driver can earn $3500+, if they run the miles mentioned above.
No pet policy
Fuel usage 6.8/mile required bonus paid over
Must have a clean driving record/no moving violations (past 5 years)
The Owner provides 2019 Freightliner Cascadia's, double bunk sleeper's, automatic transmission.
