Pantry reset #2 of the day at The Container Store Perimeter and this one pushed me creatively a bit.

This display featured the Elfa system in Graphite… and if you know, you know that graphite isn’t always the easiest to for my matchy matchy self to pair.

Instead of fighting it, I defined the direction.

I grounded the space with black for structure and softened it with birch for warmth creating a contrast that feels intentional instead of random.

The transformation wasn’t about adding more… it was about editing, refining, and making decisions that actually make sense visually.

Because when a display is done right:
✔️ Your eye knows where to go
✔️ The products feel connected
✔️ The system becomes easier to understand

Today I had the privilege of resetting a couple of displays at The Container Store Perimeter location ✨

The original setup was well done but not through the Passion Organizing lens: function + visual harmony working together.

There were multiple materials and finishes mixed throughout such as gold, bamboo, black, white, natural, acrylic, acacia… a little bit of everything. While I could navigate it, I believe displays should be just as clear and intentional for the customer as they are for the associate.

So I refined it.

I streamlined the look by sticking to two primary tones (white + natural) to align with the Elfa system and create a more cohesive, elevated look and feel. I layered in a few acrylic pieces for balance and dimension, but kept everything within a clean, controlled palette.

Because at Passion Organizing, we don’t just organize, we design systems that are:

Going through my camera roll to create a look book and whew… 😮‍💨 thousands and thousands and thousands of photos and videos… and less than 1% has ever seen the light of day. 🤦🏽‍♀️

It really had me sitting there like… wow. So many transformations. So many moments. So much hard work that never even made it to the timeline.

One day I’ll find someone who’s not only creative but consistent with bringing these moments to life the way they deserve. Until then, just know this…

I’ve walked into some incredible spaces.
I’ve transformed some unforgettable spaces.

Not everyone knows the difference between cleaning, organizing and tidying and that’s exactly why we’re breaking it down. At Passion Organizing, we believe education is key to creating systems that actually last ✨

🧼 Cleaning
This is the process of removing dirt, dust, and bacteria using products like Mrs. Meyers, Lysol, Dawn, and more. Think: wiping surfaces, scrubbing tubs, cleaning toilets, mopping floors and getting the space physically clean.

📦 Organizing
This is where transformation happens. Organizing is about categorizing everything in your space and creating intentional homes for every item so you can find what you need in 10 seconds or less. It’s not just about how it looks. It’s about how it functions.

🧺 Tidying
Tidying is the maintenance. It’s returning items back to their assigned home after use. This is what keeps your space from falling back into chaos.

✨ Pro Tip: A clean home without organization and maintenance will become cluttered again and an organized home without cleaning won’t stay feeling fresh. You need them all working together for true results.

We’re still here. We’re still working. We’re still building. 💼✨

For this season, we’re choosing to step back and deactivate from all social media accounts.

Less than 1% of our projects have ever been displayed online for multiple reasons. One being that the real work has always happened behind the scenes. Another being that finding quality, consistent support in this area has been a challenge. Instead of forcing it, I’m choosing alignment over pressure.

Right now, our focus is on restructuring, strengthening operations, refining systems, elevating client experience, building sustainably, and growing both professionally and personally. I’m taking classes, writing multiple books, training, and expanding in ways that require my full attention.

Passion Organizing is not going anywhere.

Our Organizing Army of 14 will continue providing organizing, packing, unpacking, custom space design, installation, and cleaning services throughout Atlanta and beyond.

We’re simply shifting our energy inward for a while.
