True North Restoration of Northwest Georgia is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable Mitigation Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, shows up ready to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Assist with job site cleanup and documentation
• Work closely with team members and project managers
• Provide professional, respectful service to homeowners during stressful situations

Requirements:
• Previous mitigation experience required
• IICRC certification is a plus
• Clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Open availability (including nights/weekends as needed)
