⚖️ Think lawyers spend most of their time arguing in court?
Think again.
Our own Leah Cohen shares a few things people are often surprised to learn about practicing law:
📧 Email is practically a full-time job.
A large part of every day is spent communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
🤝 Most legal work happens outside the courtroom.
Strategy sessions, negotiations, mediation, and problem-solving are where many cases are won.
💡 Not every dispute belongs in court.
Just because litigation is an option doesn't mean it's the best one. Often, the most effective and cost-efficient solutions happen before a judge ever gets involved.
The best lawyers don't just fight battles—they help clients navigate difficult situations, make informed decisions, and find practical solutions.
