I will be signing books at well. July 11 (Saturday) at 1 PM at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. It's FREE! Come and listen and say hello!

Up in Tennessee, the "footprint" for the Power-Jackson Cabin is officially being staked out! This is the spot where the cabin will be temporarily put back together so the experts at Leatherwood, Inc. can get a good look at every single log. The team will be inspecting the timbers one by one to see which ones have stood the test of time and which ones need a little TLC (or a full replacement) after years of weathering and neglect. Once the Leatherwood crew finishes restoring all the individual pieces, the cabin will be taken apart one last time and shipped back home to Hyde Farm Park. From there, it’ll be reconstructed like a giant Lego set! Learn more at the link in comments.
