Customer said the ice maker stopped working and the water dispenser barely trickled.

Most people assume it’s a clogged filter. Not this time. It's a failed water inlet valve.

This small part controls every drop of water going into your refrigerator. When it sticks or burns out, your ice and water are done.

Replaced the valve, tested pressure, flushed the lines, and now the ice maker is back in business!

Another day, another dryer saved.

This GE dryer kept running nonstop. Customer thought it was the heating element, but the real culprit was the timer assembly.

This little box controls the entire cycle. When it fails, your dryer might not shut off, won’t advance, or won’t heat at all. Most people don’t realize how critical this part is until laundry day turns into a headache.

Swapped the timer, tested all cycles, and we’re back in business.

It’s the main control board, the brain that runs the compressor, fans, defrost cycle, and temps. When it starts failing, you don’t always get a total breakdown. You get weird behavior. Food freezing where it shouldn’t. Warm milk. Random shutdowns.

Everyone sees the faucet. Nobody thinks about this piece until there’s water inside the cabinet.

This is the sink overflow channel. It’s the hidden safety net that keeps an overfilled sink from turning into a flooded vanity. When it cracks or comes loose, water goes where it shouldn't (and fast).
