Critical Factors

Critical Factors The Complete Corporate Performance Management System for Small Business Even the greatest business strategy has to be executed through people.

The Critical Factors Management System is a systematic process for creating alignment, driving accountability and inspiring engagement while monitoring performance and ensuring timely course correction for consistent increase in productivity and sustainable increase in profitability and business valuation. Our philosophy is that there are 3 keys to business success: 1) Clear & Quantifiable Goals,

2) a Comprehensive Strategy and 3) Systematic Ex*****on of the Strategy through an Accountability Management System. The efficiency with which they execute the strategy determines the degree of profitability. Thus, the key to success in business is effectively holding people accountable. As Simon Sinek so aptly puts it: "Assign tasks and people will work for you. Assign responsibility and people will work for themselves." The Critical Factors Management System assigns responsibility and provides a systematic process for objectively measuring performance on a consistent basis to ensure timely ex*****on of the business strategy. It provides the structure and systems to transform small businesses into great companies.

So now, according to Janet Yellen, two successive quarters of negative GDP growth is not a recession - the very definition of a recession.

I've done everything I can to stay away from social media for the past year or so because you can't really say ANYTHING without offending SOMEONE. But I simply can't hold back anymore. Everything the government is doing with regard to inflation is a complete lie. It doesn't take my degree in economics from Harvard to figure out that the highest expense for a business is its payroll. Therefore, when unemployment is low, we have to pay higher wages and therefore charge higher prices. Low employment equates to inflated prices. That's number one. Higher gas prices also contribute to higher prices because it cost us more to transport goods including receiving our supplies. And our suppliers are in the same boat as us. So now, to even merely suggest, that the potential for a recession is because they didn't raise interest rates soon enough is an out and out lie. There is no way that I believe that Larry Summers, who was president of Harvard, is that stupid. I listen to him and think - maybe you should have been taking some of the classes I was taking instead of being the political hack that you are. Raising interest rates is going to put us into a recession. A recession, by definition, is two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth. When you put all of the small businesses out of business, guess what's going to happen? We are going to go into a recession, if not a depression.

If I were President I'd be outraged, beyond anything you could imagine, about what happened to this kid at the hands of North Korea.

I recently wrote about how to Achieve Your Full Potential Through Level 3 Accountability and cited the Harvard Business Review article relating that 70% of ALL employees are demotivated and disengaged. Common sense dictates that a demotivated person is less productive than a motivated person. And yo…
