Austin 2016 → Austin 2026

Ten years ago, we opened the doors at 5th and Colorado.

A lot has changed since then. The space. The skyline. We’ve grown quite a bit, too.

Now, 5th and Colorado is officially the seventh location in our network to hit the 10-year mark. And Austin keeps growing with us, with an expansion at San Jacinto Boulevard this year and Uptown opening in early 2027.

Ten years down. Plenty more workdays to come. 🤠

Before 250+ locations, there was one floor in River North. And apparently a lot of exposed ductwork.

On August 28, 2013, Industrious opened its first location in Chicago. The floors were still being finished, plans were spread across tables, and the coffee setup was a little more DIY.

A lot has changed since. But the idea hasn’t: make the workplace easier, more welcoming, and better for the people spending their days there.

Thirteen years later, we’re still building around it.
