NOTICE: Package deliveries continue to be delayed due to the lingering effects of the widespread winter event. Please be advised that this situation is beyond our control and that of the carriers. Recent updates indicate that UPS and FedEx are experiencing ongoing issues with ice at their cargo hubs, resulting in operational standstills. Efforts are underway to reroute packages as expeditiously as possible, and both carriers have suspended their express guarantees. As can be expected, the diversion of large volumes of packages is causing congestion throughout the shipping network. Additionally, certain zip codes are currently listed as "no service" zones. An updated list can be found on the carrier websites.
Thank you for your patience as everyone works as quickly as humanly possible to get your packages where they need to go.
