💡 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT ‼️

Meet Josh.

Josh has worked for JWM for a year and a half, during which time he has come to love the community at JWM.

“Everybody I work with is great and we all get along, close knit,” Josh said. “Justin and Lori are really building something special here…it just feels like I’m working with family every day.”

He didn’t hesitate when considering his favorite part of his job.

“I think my favorite part of the job is just being proud to work somewhere like JWM,” Josh said. “I've been at jobs before where I've dreaded going to work and I don't ever dread coming to work here.”

Outside of his job, Josh enjoys doing anything outside, classic cars, and supporting his daughters’ sports.
