This washout took the road way with it in this development so a engineered plan was put in place to fix it. We installed stratagrid ever 1’ lift and put all the dirt in on compaction with a vibratory roller to stabilize it. Followed up with hydroseed for erosion control!

These customers had a erosion issue with this bank for years so we installed two 60’ long boulder walls, mulch, and creek rock and a concrete box with 10” pipe at the top of the slope to direct water to the storm drain instead of flowing off the bank. We handled all excavation and landscaping on this project.
