Join us and Community Walk Organizer and Breast Cancer Advocate Ms. Keycia Heard as we walk in honor of and remember those who fought against breast cancer Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Walk registration starts at 7:00-7:45 a.m. followed by a pink community ballon release at 8:00 a.m. on the Courthouse Square, the Breast Cancer Walk will commence downtown through Main Street (Washington St.) at 8:30 a.m., and the evening will end with a formal Pink & Black Mayoral Breast Cancer Dinner at the Marion Depot at 6:00 p.m. (The Mayoral Dinner is FREE; however, registration is required and must be completed by Friday, October 4, 2024).
Vendors, businesses, community leaders, churches, schools, colleges, organizations, and others are welcome to participate and help us sponsor this event as we provide educational resources, free screenings, and help fight for a cure.
