My name is Eric and I am a Professional Business Coach certified through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance. I am an Entrepreneur, Visionary and Value Builder. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and thrive in their chosen careers. I have a

background in Business and Construction and have been involved in the Construction industry for over 25 years. I started out working for a small contractor in 1999 which lead to a career in my chosen field. I worked my way up through the ranks and eventually became a project manager, and then on to being a business owner where I cultivated a team of amazing individuals for almost 10 years. Now I get to focus on my passion which is coaching and helping other business owners grow and thrive as I did. I attribute a large part of my success to business coaching. Having had 3 coaches at various times while growing my business and still having a couple of them to this day, is simply practicing what I preach. Sure, I may have been able to do it without them, but I can guarantee that the results would be far from the same!
