This Viking VESO5302SS wasn’t baking because the bake element had failed. We replaced the faulty element, tested the oven, and got it back up to temperature so it’s ready for many more meals.

This Wolf DO30F/S double wall oven suffered a failed door hinge, causing the heavy oven door to drop violently. Left unchecked, broken hinges can damage the door, bend the frame, shatter glass, or even cause injury.
