With today’s rains we are having some systems change the microwave channel that we had setup. We will be rebooting systems as the rain passes over. You may see a pause in service for a couple of minutes as things reboot. Then internet should be back to normal.

We have lost connection with our upstream fiber provider. We have submitted a trouble ticket and are waiting to hear back. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We have lost the switch at the Chilton tower. We are having a new one sent out. We hope to have tower back up before noon.

We will be updating systems in Lott today so service maybe intermittent as things reboot. This should help with performance.

We are having an issues with one of our Access Points out of Riesel. We are looking into the issue and will be taking down to change cable and reboot radio. 13 people off Riesel will be affected.

We are going to be performing maintenance during the day for the tower sites listed above we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.maintenance for each tower site is estimated to be approximately 30mins-1hr for each site we ask that all customers connected to or are in those areas make plans for work as we will be going through each site to make adjustments to main equipment to ensure a constant and efficient quality of service for those connected

We are going to be scheduling a tower maintenance call on our Lott tower tower on Thursday March 12,2026 from around 9:30am-12pm in doing so our feed to other towers downstream of Lott will be out as well until maintenance is complete.

Attention Riesel/Otto customers: Today 3/9/2026 @ 10:30-11am we will bring powering down tower for a short period to perform maintenance and get a few pieces of equipment replaced we expect maintenance to last a total of 15-30 mins
