Helping out this homeowner whose dogs keep getting under their fence. They previously had lattice secured to the fence but it was not buried and the securement screws were not long enough allowing the dogs to rip the lattice off and get out. We replaced multiple sections of lattice, buried replaced sections, and used screws that are much longer.

Very excited to share this project recently wrapped up! We completed the landscaping around this beautiful home with some decorative rock, EP Henry edgestone, and TechoBloc pavers along with new plantings and low voltage lighting along the front yard, integrated into the pavers, and deck lighting out back. (night time photos were taken by the homeowner during construction).

Lawn renovation complated a few weeks back! This was actually a two phase project we started back in late Spring clearing brush along the rear of the property and then completing a full regrading/ topsoiling/ and seeding. The first photo was sent to us by the homeowner only a week after completion! Goes to show how important after care is to have a successful yard renovation.

It’s lawn renovation season! We completed this backyard regrading recently for a homeowner who was tired of dealing with water pooling and skimpy grass. We removed the old lawn, corrected the areas of pooling water, and prepared the yard for the homeowner to topsoil and seed themselves.

Yard renovation wrapped up for this family! We started this project weeks ago installing downspout drains, removed some bushes, and did some preparation for topsoil while we waited for their fence to get installed. After installation, we came back, graded the yard, topsoiled, and seeded.

Another drainage project wrapped up just in time for Labor Day weekend! This homeowner was having a constant battle keeping up with standing water in their side yard and around their deck. We came up with a plan that involved defining a swale around their deck and diverting water to a catch basin we installed in the side yard. We tied in a downspout that was evidently burried in the dirt and tied our system into an existing private storm water discharge pipe. We also added two points to tie into the pipe if need be down the road.
