TES is growing, and growth creates opportunity.
Because of the significant growth we’ve experienced, we’re looking to add two key people to our team: a CSP to help lead and grow our Safety division and a CIH to strengthen our Industrial Hygiene team.
But we’re not looking for the same type of person for both roles.
For our CSP, we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone who gets excited about building something, developing people, and getting in front of their peers to share knowledge. We want someone who sees opportunity and wants to help create what comes next.
For our CIH, we’re looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive. Someone who enjoys digging into a technical problem, figuring out what’s really going on, putting their nose down to get great work done, and a desire to share their knowledge.
Two different personalities, two different opportunities, both important to where TES is going.
But regardless of the role, there are four things that have to fit. Our core values are Execute, Positivity, Collaboration, and Bison. They define how we work, how we treat each other, and the kind of people we want growing with us.
These positions can be remote within our operating areas. Much of our work is along the Gulf Coast and into the Midwest, but our team supports clients throughout the United States and Canada.
