Private Fines...
Our company extend our services to the public. No waiting in lines and being sent from pillar to post by unfriendly and unhelpful public servants.
We will examine the fine for any flaws and irregularities. Should the fine be legal we will obtain a reduction on your behalf.
Should we find any flaws and irregularities we will liaise with the Public Prosecutor at the Municipal Court and withdraw the fine on your behalf.
Quotes
On receiving your fine, either by email, fax or hand delivery we will give you a quote in order for you to decide if you want to use our services.
Withdrawals
On withdrawals we charge a set fee of 40% consultation fee per fine i.e. your withdrawn fine value is R 1 000.00, your amount payable to us will be R 400.00, a total savings of R 600.00 and in your pocket and nothing payable to the Traffic Department.
Reductions
Please contact us for a quote, we will reduce the fine and should you choose, pay the reduced value to the traffic department on your behalf. We charge a minimal consultation fee per fine and will be estimated on the value of fine or fines provided.
Cancellation of Warrant of Arrest's
Cancellations on warrants of arrest, we charge a fee of R120.00 per cancellation.
Please Note
Reduction or withdrawal will only be taken for processing at the Traffic Department once the monies has been received as a measure to ensure we receive payment.

After reduction or withdrawal has been obtained we provide you with proof of action taken
Pay monies into our bank account
Reduction or withdrawal will only be taken for processing at the Traffic Department once the monies has been received as a measure to ensure we receive payment.
Reduction’s we provide you with the valid NMMM’s receipt
Withdrawals we will furnish you with valid proof from the NMMM’s that the fine has been withdrawn
Hand Delivered Fines to our Premises
We will provide you with a quote
We reduce or withdraw your fine at the Prosecutor

Money is handed over and a receipt is provided

Please note we only deal with Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Fines within the Port Elizabeth area and not " Out of Town Fines".
