Did you know that when God heals you of past hurt, He not only wants to help you, He wants your experience to be a gateway through which others can experience that same healing.

I’ve walked through a LOT of painful things in my life…as I know many of you have…but God has always been faithful to bring healing, give fresh perspective, and allow those challenges to become a platform for me to share His love and the victory available to us all in Christ!

Today, I want to encourage those of you walking through a difficult season to stay the course!

I want to remind you of God’s faithfulness and that You CAN trust Him!

The Truth is…no matter what the enemy has brought into your life to destroy you…God has promised to use for your good…and for the good of others!

That’s who He is…and that’s what He does! ALWAYS!

There is NOTHING, not one thing, that has been formed against you that can prosper…His Spirit is in you! The same Spirit that resurrected Christ from the dead! And that same resurrection power is ready to resurrect your situation and cause you to fulfill all that God had destined for your life!

Let God’s perfect love envelop you, heal you, and set your feet upon His firm foundation…He is waiting to lead you into greener pastures!

Trust Him to lift up every valley and cause every mountain and hill to be made low! Trust Him to take the “rough ground” you are experiencing and make it smooth and passable! Trust that through the love of Christ you can overcome…and at the same time see your faith expand and your joy made full!

Greater things are ahead people of God! Don’t grow weary in doing good…because in due season, IF we don’t give up, God has promised we will see a great harvest!

Decide today that you will let God till the soul of your heart…it is through this process that you will find your “field of favor” …The land where you have come to KNOW His unconditional love and have experienced His deliverance…The land where you have overcome the seemingly impossible …The land God has ultimately prepared for you to help others experience the same!

Be strong and courageous! Embrace hope! God has a plan…and it’s a good one!

It was super chilly when I left for church this morning…

Yet I saw hints of spring beginning to peek out amidst the brown and barren…

Glimpses of green, yellow, white, and lavender could be seen bursting forth in the fields while once dormant, barren trees were preparing to bloom against the broad blue skies.

Winter is preparing its last farewells while Spring is preparing for her grand entrance

What was dead…or perhaps only sleeping… is about to awaken.

And even though we still may experience a few more harsh, cold winds and a few lingering dormant trees… I KNOW Spring WILL come!

And so it is for us…because of Christ, the harsh will always be subdued

And so…

May the harshness of winter that sought to interrupt our growth and detour us from God’s plans for our lives, instead be used to establish our roots and cause our relationship with Him to grow even more deeply

May the cruel sting of the northern winds that sought to discourage and weaken our faith, instead develop our perseverance and bring strength to our resolve to place our trust in Jesus

May the freezing snow and the slippery ice that desired to harden our hearts and trip us up, now be used instead to soften our hearts and secure our footing as we purpose to follow after Christ

Surely, everything the enemy meant for evil will be used for our good

As new life springs forth… so may our hope arise and our faith be kindled

It’s time to awaken from our slumber

We are God’s representatives…called to re-present Him in the earth…each of us born for such a time as this

It’s time to shed the old, it’s time to put on the new

It’s time for God’s splendor to be displayed…in you, in me, in us!

Praying for eyes to see and ears to hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to us all…
