Searcy County Solid Waste will not run trash routes on Monday 12-26-22 or Tuesday 12-27-22. Normal routes will continue the following week. There will be no interruption in service for the New Year Holiday.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We wish all of Searcy County a very MERRY CHRISTMAS 🙏🌲

Searcy County Solid Waste will not be running trash routes on Thursday 11-24-22 so that our sanitation engineers ( route guys ) can enjoy the holiday with their families. All other days will not be affected. Normal service will continue the following Thursday with the understanding that trash may be a little more that usual.

Searcy County White Goods Week October 3rd 4th 5th and 6th 2022 starts this coming week. Please remember this is an opportunity to rid yourself of a larger item or so. Trash service for the week of July 4th 2022 is as follows- -trash will be collected on your normal trash day with no disruption of service.

There will be no trash picked up on Monday 5-30-22 ( Memorial Day ) the crew will be off. So trash service is as follows Mondays and Tuesdays trash will be picked up on Tuesday ( some of Tuesdays could run into Wednesday so thanks for you patience) Wednesday and Thursday will not be affected.

We're posting helpful reminders this week to make trash day successful for both you and our drivers here in Searcy County!

1) Each household is allowed to have up to 5 bags of tied trash each week, not to exceed 40lbs each.

Drivers try to get as much as they can in their trucks before heading back to Marshall to unload, throwing the bags higher and higher as their routes progress, so both bag and weight limits are important guidelines to follow for their safety and the logistics of the route.

Do to inclement weather Thursday (2/24/22)trash routes will not be ran. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will be back on track next week with the understanding that Thursdays trash will be heavy.

Trash service will not be affected the week of February 21 through February 24 , 2022. The 21st being Presidents’ Day. All trash will be picked up on regularly scheduled day. This is just a considerate reminder. Please share , thank you.

Due to inclement weather the guys that run the trash routes have not been able to make it into work today. So at this point there will be no trash collected on normal Thursday routes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
