We’ve been working to expand our capacity and leverage our skills by using the pattern making expertise at Spray in partnership at foundries to make a 4 up plate. You can see the combination of hand making patterns to make aluminum patterns that go on the 4 up and get gating optimized to a finished casting for production.

All in the name of balancing costs, supply chain and efficiency to keep customer lead times and costs down. Just another example in the wide range of services and partnerships offered when customers work with Spray Metals, Molds & Technologies.

Proud to share something big for our shop.

Spray Metals Molds & Technologies is officially a DD Fab dealer. We can now provide their full line of flatbeds, headache racks, and accessories — Built and installed right here in Marshall.

This is a great step forward for us, farmers, contractors, and tradespeople in our area who rely on tough equipment and fast turnaround.

New swag arrived this week

We moved a new piece of equipment today into the shop. Need to do some reorganizing in the shop to get things hooked up and offer metal cutting services on top of our other capabilities. Had to adapt on the lift side of things and Buildmasters of Vermontville came to the rescue.

Snow plow, pusher and blower solutions for a new customer. UMHW material for better wear resistance over more of a rubber material

Also a wider, thicker and harder steel set of shoes get longer life for those customers using a lot of down pressure clearing parking lots

There’s been a big uptick in in UHMW poly at the shop. Made these track roller wheels yesterday for Steph’s Buff & Wash. More UHMW offerings coming this next week for some agricultural customers.
