Job Type: Full-time
Sales experience or customer service experience preferred but not required. TLC Associates trains you on site!
Excellent verbal communication skills
Upsell products and services to customers when providing telecommunication solutions
Must thrive in an environment that involves close monitoring, coaching, and challenges to break performance records.
Ability to remain professional and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Must be available to work nights, holidays and weekends
