Impulse Plus Inc. is seeking a dynamic and personable Route Sales Representative with experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a strong team player, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires some travel, with occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights per week) as needed.

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Mountain Home, AR (Covering Mountain Home, Flippin, Cotter, Harrison, West Plains, Calico Rock, and Salem AR)

Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Serve customers from West Plains, MO to Mountain Home, Flippin, Cotter, Gassville, Harrison, Calico Rock, and Salem AR and surrounding areas.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure effective communication through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and texts.

Sales Growth: Meet sales targets by engaging with 100% of assigned customers and achieving sales with at least 85% of them, aiming for a consistent 3% monthly growth.

Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate pricing strategies with both new and existing customers to drive sales and profitability.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office team to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations.

Compensation: Competitive salary with commission structure. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and performance. BONUS OPPORTUNITIES!

Work Hours: Typical work hours start about 6 a.m., with flexibility to choose a 4 day work week based on customer needs and travel requirements.

Qualifications: Proven experience in route sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to travel as needed with occasional overnight stays. A proactive, “do what it takes” attitude
