Shipping & Receiving Lead: $24/hr
-Managing and directing the fork truck drivers responsible for loading and unloading trucks out of the Wright City Facility
-Arranging pickups and deliveries with our own drivers and outsource freight
-Organization and accuracy of all shipping docs (inbound/outbound)
-Preferred experience in warehousing or packaging logistics.
-Minimum Experience – 2 years in logistics.
Machine Operators: $25/hr
-Responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment
-Responsible for daily output and quality of products produced
-First Shift (6am-2pm) and Second Shift positions available (2pm – 10pm)
-Preferred experience in corrugated or paper converting facility
-Minimum experience – 2 years of machine operation in like industry
Driver: CDL A – 53’ Trailer + Day Cab - $28.50/hr
-Responsible for regular day trips primarily to-and-from STL to KC and surrounding regions
-Driver is responsible for driving, and daily checks of company provided equipment
-Driver must be punctual, professional, and have good communication skills
-Minimum certification: CDL A
Sales Representative: $65k/ann. + commission
-As a Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. General overview of the role:
-Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corrugated packaging and honeycomb market.
-Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Product Knowledge: Understand the company’s corrugated packaging and honeycomb products and provide expert advice to clients.
-Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience – 2 years of direct sales
Preferred Experience in the packaging industry or like industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
