I’ve had a wonderful week professionally.

On Tuesday, I spoke at the first of two sessions for Rural Assembly on navigating difficult conversations. I spent the second part of the week at Montgomery Bell State Park as the trainer for The Academy’s leadership retreat. Yesterday was a full day of (we were done at 10pm !) working through how to hold difficult conversation for mangers and developing/maintaining healthy work environments.

I am so lucky to get to spread the message about conflict management.

Conflict is normal. Let’s deal with it!
