Tennessee Teen Institute - y’all never disappoint!! 🤘🎸 Our Battle of the Bands advisor session was every bit as energetic and fun as our past youth sessions! 😉 A huge shoutout to these incredible adults who jumped into every challenge, stepped outside their comfort zones, and reminded us that learning and leadership are even better when you’re willing to let loose and have some fun. Thank you for bringing the joy and team spirit that made this session unforgettable.

It was an honor to travel to you for your annual team building retreat, and we were met with open arms and open minds for a super fun and inspiring session. This team showed up and locked in! We can’t wait to share more about our session this morning with the UTM Infant Stimulation Program 🤩 this is an incredible TEAM! Positive, supportive, and selfless in their mission…we are so grateful to have met these amazing individuals and be a part of their annual team building retreat! What a way to start the weekend 🌟

We are BACK for the season and it feels so good! What an amazing session we had with Obion County Prevention Coalition youth to kick us off 💕 our newest workshop is all about building healthy habits and breaking the ones it’s time to let go of. These young people stepped up to every discussion and challenge we put in front of them, and we all walked away feeling more motivated and prepared to make some positive changes in life! Thank you to Carla Aaron and her team at OCPC for choosing us again for your annual leadership retreat. We are so happy to be back!

A small, but mighty team right here!! 🙌 Thank you UT Martin Career Planning & Development crew for inviting us to help you kick off a new school year! This team is truly driven by passion for what they do and their mission to provide excellent guidance to our UT Martin students. We discussed the foundational principles of teamwork, communicating effectively, and leveraging our different perspectives and experiences to see the “big picture”. CPAD- you are amazing!!! 💖

Our Monday session at CADCA Mid-Year Training Institute was an absolute BLAST! Thank you to this amazing group for showing up, showing out, and being ready to talk about relationship building. We are building bridges, not walls around here!!

We “set sail” this week as cruise captains for the Tennessee Teen Institute LeaderSHIP Olympics 😘 from imagining the MOST creative team names to giant human sculptures to balloon hurricanes to having a heartfelt talk about aspirational leadership- these kids totally ROCKED it and understood the assignment!

One of the most magical things that can happen during an Extra Credit youth session is when you start to see these future leaders step out of the mold and into their own power. Whether it’s showing their authentic self through a challenge, bravely taking the mic to share, or just sharing their heart with a teammate in a one on one conversation…there is magic happening! 💫Witnessing these moments is truly a blessing in what we do!
