❄️ Extreme Cold Weather Reminder ❄️
With dangerously low temperatures coming, please take steps to prevent frozen or burst pipes:
• Keep heat on in any structure with water
• Shut off exterior hose bibs and disconnect hoses
• Keep rooms with exterior wall plumbing warm
• Open cabinet doors to allow heat around pipes
Even with precautions, pipes can still freeze during prolonged cold. Know where your main water shutoff is and how to turn it off. The faster water is shut off, the less damage occurs—especially during storms when help may be delayed.
