🍹 Great drinks, great conversations, and even better company!

We had a fantastic time at our Black Draft Mixer connecting with EPBR members and enjoying a beautiful evening together.

These casual gatherings are some of our favorite opportunities to step away from the office, catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones, and continue building relationships throughout our real estate community.

📚 Continuing Education Opportunity: Code of Ethics 2026

Join EPBR for an evening CE course with instructor Carol Harold covering the NAR Code of Ethics and how it compares to West Virginia licensing laws.

Topics will include agency, fair housing, good business practices, protecting the public, updated forms, and recent changes to the Code of Ethics and licensing laws.

Due to the rain and current dry creek conditions, tomorrow’s EPBR Kayak Creek Cleanup scheduled for August 28 has been canceled.

Thank you to everyone who planned to join us and give their time to help clean up Opequon Creek. 🛶💙

Please help us spread the word to anyone who may have been planning to attend. We appreciate your understanding and hope to get everyone back out on the water for another community service opportunity soon!
