The Cabinet Installer will be responsible for the prep & install of cabinets into our client’s boats. The person will work closely as a team member in each phase of yacht production; maintaining a high level of organization & drive continuous improvement to help build/maintain a culture of good work ethic, loyalty, lean manufacturing. The position also requires embrace the custom activities of the brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Self-motivated, highly skilled carpenter to install fine cabinetry in luxury boats.
• Candidate must have an eye for finesse & be extremely detail oriented.
• Must be able to carry & lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• In assembly operations, use a variety of equipment & materials such as small hand tools, screw gun, glue, knives, hoist, jigs, fixtures, & fasteners.
• The job will require candidate to be around fiberglass & perform cutting & grinding duties as necessary. Some electrical experience is preferred, 12V & 110V.
• Responsible for ensuring quality in assembly operations.
• Reports to work on time for designated shift.
• Required to adhere to company safety policies & procedures.
• Works cooperatively with co-workers.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Requires demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to use power tools & related assembly equipment.
• Must be able to read & understand instructions in assembly operations.
• Must be knowledgeable of safety procedures & requirements.

Picker packers find and collect merchandise in a warehouse and prepare the items for shipment to customers. As a picker packer, you use a computer or scanner to check inventory and locate items. You load items onto dollies or conveyer belts to move them throughout the distribution center, and then you assemble packages for shipping. The qualifications for picker packer jobs are physical strength and stamina, a strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills. With experience, you can move into team leader roles with more responsibilities.

• Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
• Packaging parcels in order to provide a pristine unboxing experience.
A few other key requirements the right candidates should have:
• Attendance and punctuality are a must
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously and add value to a diverse team.

• Ability to read plans and execute from drawings.
• Work efficiently and keep a tidy workspace.
• Work with safety as a priority.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical ship repair.
• Must have personal basic tools required to accomplish general tasks.
