Full Time Delivery Crew Leader-Delivery/Warehouse
Role:
The Warehouse and Delivery leader is responsible for multiple tasks including inventory management, appliance delivery, vehicle maintenance, warehouse upkeep, and other responsibilities such as helping with inside store needs. The Delivery leader must be highly motivated, self sufficient, and also able to work well with other employees and customers in the warehouse and during deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Delivery/Install of Appliances and Assorted Products
• Able to drive delivery truck up to 16' and use basic GPS/Routing navigation app
• Properly loads and protects all product for delivery
• Follows prescribed safety procedures at all times to protect associates, customers, merchandise, and property
• Follows all protocol for maintaining cleanliness and operation of the delivery vehicle
• Uses and maintains material handling equipment per process
• Handles delivery phone application accurately and acquires all signatures and photos with device per process
• Ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery schedule and a professional attitude
• Calls customer prior to delivery and maintains customer service standards during interaction at delivery
• Addresses and relays any customer concerns to store management immediately
• Interacts with sales teams for special instructions for each delivery
• Completes basic hookup (e.g. connect dryer cord & vent) for qualified home appliances
• Performs deluxing of appliances and lawn & garden during delivery
• Assists with store tasks including unloading trucks, loading customers, and moving product on the sales floor
• Assists with cleaning and other housekeeping duties at the store
• Performs misc duties/sales in store when delivery schedule is light as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
• Ability to time manage
• Possess strong communication skills with customers and delivery helpers
• Strong customer service is a must
• Ability to problem solve
• Driving: Clean Record 1 year
• Driver's License Class E (Preferred) (paid by Employer)
• Must Pass Background Check

Education:
• High School GED or Equivalent
Pay: Competitive Hourly Wage depending on skills plus bonus opportunities
