Responsibilities:

Manages a production machine ensuring that all pieces made on the machine are free from defects and meet JPL quality standards

Follows all company policies and procedures

Capable of reading, understanding and following the production work orders

Follows all operating procedures associated with the production machine

Capable of performing a production change over at the end of training period

Capable of working with fiberglass insulation

Keeps work area clean

All other duties as assigned as assigned by shift supervisor

Physical Requirements:

Requires using a pallet jack or dolly to retrieve required materials

Requires lifting and carrying 30 to 50 lbs. objects

Requires moving 500 to 1,000 lb. pallets with a pallet jack a few times per shift

Requires repetitive pushing/pulling more than 40 lbs. of force

Requires working in an unconditioned environment

• Must clean and disinfect the breakroom
• Clean and disinfect all restrooms
• Empty trashcans and replace liners throughout the plant daily
• Check all paper towels and sanitizer for replacement daily
• Pick up litter in storage yard, parking lot and lawn areas and outside break area daily
• Sanitize all communal work areas
• Packaging MNI
• Assist the Bag Bundler Operator by wrapping pallets and pushing cards to the machine
• All other duties given by direct supervisor
Physical Requirements:
• While performing essential duties, the employee is required to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel and lift
• The employee may occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Requires working in an unconditioned environment
