Just a few highlights of my day today.

Neighborhood friends have this ADORABLE puppy that I had to give some lovins to. Her name is Nessie 😍😍

Walk at Lime Creek was eventful! I also saw a field mouse scurry across the trail, a fawn, and mama deer. ❤️

Here's a BTS sneak peek 👀at what's actually waiting for you with the Training Blueprint Workshop.

We're covering the whole thing in three simple phases: Before Hire, Building the Person, and Sustaining It. No overwhelming 7-step checklist thrown at you all at once, just a clear progression broken into bite sized chunks you can actually follow.

You'll also get a personal scorecard to fill out live during the session, so you walk out knowing exactly which part of your training system needs attention first, not just a vague feeling that "something's off."

It's classroom-style and capped at 25 seats, so it stays a real working session instead of a lecture.

I think we need to normalize asking "wait, do we actually have data on that, or are we just going off the vibes?" during meetings.

Shockingly effective. Deeply uncomfortable. 10/10, would recommend👌.

Local business collapses into complete chaos because Karen from operations took a two-week vacation to Sedona to "find herself." Turns out she was also the only person who knew the WiFi password, the vendor contact, and where the extra toner lives.

Karen did not find herself. Karen found emails. 47 of them. Upon return.

Doctors are calling it a completely preventable tragedy. Experts are recommending to write things down.

This is the last week before Building Your Training Blueprint on August 26th, and there's still room, but not a lot of it.

If any post this month made you think "yeah, that's us," it's time to actually do something about it instead of just nodding along.

"Yeah, I'll get to that later." No, you won't. That's why you should be like Nike and just do it (now!). Plus it's free so you really have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain. 🤷‍♀️

The first 10 people to register still get the 7-Layer Training House Checklist free. After that, it's just the workshop itself, which is plenty on its own.

When you’re laying in bed trying to fall asleep but the ideas start flowing freely.

I’ve learned to simply go with it. Waiting until the morning means losing those ideas to the abyss. ✌🏻
