Senior Alarm Systems Technician

Overview
Independent family owned alarm system company seeking an experienced technician. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, servicing and troubleshooting low voltage systems.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair alarm systems including fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and security systems
- Utilize power tools for installation and troubleshooting
- Perform low voltage wiring and electrical work as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of wiring and equipment
- Conduct system tests to ensure proper functioning
- Provide customer training on system operation
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
Experience
- 3+ years experience in alarm system installation and maintenance is required
- Familiarity with electrical work and blueprint reading
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
