🚧 FARMINGDALE, NY — ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DEMOLITION PROJECT 🚧

Monday, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation took over Farmingdale, New York, with a skilled six-man demolition crew, completing an extensive interior demolition and leaving the property clean, safe, and ready for the next phase of construction.

Our scope of work included:

🔨 Complete demolition of a standard 5’ × 8’ bathroom down to the studs and subfloor
🔨 Complete demolition of an outdated 10’ × 16’ kitchen down to the studs and subfloor
🔨 Removal of carpeting from two rooms
🔨 Removal of the entire sheetrock basement ceiling
🔨 Demolition and removal of the existing bar area
🔨 Removal of built-in cabinetry
🔨 Demolition of three non-load-bearing walls
🔨 Complete debris removal, de-nailing, and detailed vacuum cleanup throughout all work areas

When our crew finished, the bathroom, kitchen, and basement were left de-nailed, vacuumed clean, and construction-ready for the contractor to step in and begin transforming this house into the young homeowners’ vision of their dream home.

On Thursday, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation, in collaboration with our dear friends at Goodleman Demolition, took over Lindenhurst, New York, for another major property transformation.

Our crews completed the removal and proper disposal of an in-ground swimming pool, wooden shed, white PVC fencing, and the surrounding concrete walkway. Once demolition was complete, we brought in and backfilled approximately 200 yards of clean fill, carefully grading the entire area to the required elevation.

The project was completed successfully, and most importantly, the property passed inspection with ease for this family.

Another large-scale demolition and backfill project completed from start to finish.

Today, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation and our dedicated crew took over in West Babylon, New York, completing a full crawl space cleanout for a very good friend of ours.

In addition to clearing out the crawl space, our team removed and hauled away a large pile of construction debris, leaving both areas swept, raked, and thoroughly cleaned.

Another productive day and another property left cleaner than we found it.
