Donna (DJ) was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She is a professional that thrives in helping others, paying it forward, and going and above with each, and every task. She values learning from others, genuine connections, and hearing about other people’s passion and how she can possibly make sustainable impacts. Donna hosted a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, a Master’s

degree in Education from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Donna obtained a certification in Organizational Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a highly motivated and accomplished professional with over 20 years of expertise in curriculum development, training, and facilitation. She also has seven years of experience in Organizational and Development to include assessment of training needs within large divisions and organizations, development, and implementation of training programs to enhance agency performance. Donna’s specialties include:

Career coaching sessions will provide you with a concrete blueprint on how you can obtain the career that was meant for you. I will be able to help you recognize that you are a product that can land quality interviews, which will ultimately put you on the road to attaining your goal of getting hired.

· Job search strategy development, including establishing career objectives and formulating a search plan.
· Resume and cover letter development, including formatting and content creation
· Strategies and approaches for application submission designed to make the most impact on hiring managers and recruiters.
· Skills assessments to identify accomplishments, strengths, and gaps in competencies
· Networking strategies, including in-person and digital approaches
· Company “targeting” to identify organizations to which you would like to apply and would be a fit
· Tips and approaches for working with agencies and headhunters

· Private Coaching
1.5-hour block
One-on-one private coaching

· Semi-Private Coaching
2-hour block
Includes 2 hours of group coaching and 1 hour of private one-on-one counseling.

· Individual Training Sessions

1 hour of Coaching

1 hour of Setting Goals and Strategies

1 hour of Resume Writing (including cover letter, thank you notes)

1 hour preparation for the interview

1 hour of post actions, steps and debriefing



First Consulting 0-1hour Free

Individual Sessions begin at $50.00 per hour

Group Sessions begin at $100.00

Trainings begin at $100.00
