Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Michael A. Pociecha and I have been a resident of Mauldin for over 50 years now. I want you to know that my experiences, both personal and professional, have made me the handyman, house painter and lawn maintenance tech I am today.
I am very interested in everyone who could use my assistance and services.

My father taught me that I will always have to earn my own money ever since I was a child. I have always just helped and been paid for my intelligence and abilities to tackle any situation. My drive to earn money did not hurt any either!
No matter whatever your project ! If I feel like I can do the job I'll make it happen! I don't care how big or small the project is, I'm the man for your job!
During my lifetime as a handyman I have diagnosed and fixed many various home problems and projects. I worked for two hot and cold years as a Framer/Finisher. My experience also includes three years as a professional painter working with my brother-in-law. Let me tell you that I have also done lawn maintenance and maintenance at a retirement home for 2 years. I'm also no stranger to a pressure washer wand!
I am also well-versed in reading/comprehending technical manuals. I'm very savvy at doing preventive maintenance to anything that requires it.
I have a knack for diagnosing and repairing your problems . I have set windows and doors, repaired plumbing issues, fixed broken ice makers, replacing attic fan motors, rebuilding or replacing carburetors, replacing and repairing belts and miscellaneous pieces on motorized equipment and appliances, replacing worn outlets and switches, diagnosing wiring issues, hanging new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans and TV mounts.
I also do pressure washing, driveway/sidewalk cleaning and house cleaning.

I have professionally painted for three years.
Painting started by being a regular occurrence at my house. Then I started doing it for my mother's friends and neighbors to earn some extra money. I've painted many people's houses inside and out in my career. I have painted in very nice houses. I also have experience in repairing drywall. I have painted ceilings, walls, windows, doors, trim work, metal and wood porch railings and garage floors. My experience also includes, deck/fence repair, cleaning/staining/painting fences and decks.
I worked as maintenance/ groundskeeper for 2 years at a retirement home. I have been doing yard work since I was able to push a lawn mower and used to trim around the house with hand scissors! ALL of the yard work! I have done such things as soil tests, soil remediation, fertilizing, pesticides, aerating, cutting grass, planting grass, w**d eating, laying mulch, w**ding, pruning and trimming trees and shrubs, laying out and installing border edges of flower beds, laying out and constructing retaining walls, planting shrubs, trees and flowers. I also have a fondness for gardening and I have a green thumb. Can I name any more tasks that need doing in our yards!
