What you see is just a portion of the 12.1 miles of aluminum HVAC coil on this project for First Solar. That’s right – 12.1 miles! Some of these ducts are 120” wide x 60” tall! The eight pad mounted air handling units at the bottom of the picture are dedicated to a 21,000 sq. ft. Class 1,000 clean room inside the existing facility, and will work in tandem with several large 40,000 cfm dehumidification units to keep the clean room inside very strict environmental specifications.

PSG and our incredible project team is putting the finishing touches on a project for First Solar that included transforming existing warehousing and manufacturing space into new advanced manufacturing clean rooms! This project includes a 253,100 sq. ft. Class 100,000 Clean Room, and a 21,100 sq. ft. Class 1,000 Clean Room… both with extremely strict environmental requirements for temperature, relative humidity and air cleanliness. Eight dedicated air handling units and 5 dedicated dehumidification units are being installed and will be coming on-line shortly to start conditioning the space!

Congratulations to Washington Local Schools on yesterday's ribbon cutting for their new Whitmer Middle School facility!

This beautiful 206,000 sq. ft. facility will serve more than 1,500 students from grades 6-8 and replaces two older facilities that will be demolished.

Program Solutions Group was Owner's Representative on this incredible project, and extends our congratulations to the entire team for a great collaboration, including Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, The Collaborative, and Gilbane Building.
