Corrosion resistant heat exchangers for swimming pool heaters, aquariums, aquaculture, waste heat recovery, water source geothermal heat exchange, and other non-potable water heating or heat transfer use with PVC compatible working fluids.
All models use 6mm thick PVC shell with TA1 pure titanium seamless tube.
Compatible with all CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants.
Designed for use with highly chlorinated water and salt water
The SPPVX pool water heater is entirely self-contained and requires no external energy for operation. During the heating cycle, pool water is heated without the use of fossil fuels, effectively reducing
or limiting CO2 to the atmosphere. A SPPVX pool water heater extends your pool season, and the simple design requires no maintenance for care-free operation. The SPPVX pool water heater
can be used with an existing pool water heater or as a single source.
Improves Compressor Operation:
When you install a SPPVX pool heater, you modify the air conditioning system's condenser to provide a combination of air cooling and more effective water cooling for greater efficiency. When the pool requires heat and the air conditioning is running, waste heat is transferred to the pool water via the water condenser, rather than being dissipated into the air. By recycling waste heat, you can lower refrigerant temperatures, improve the A/C unit’s efficiency, increase the SEER rating by up to 1.4, and reduce the unit’s workload, all of which can extend the life of your air conditioning system.
Titanium Construction Revolutionizes Heat Recovery:
The unique coil design features titanium and plastic, with the added benefit of a fluted titanium construction that yields a 150% increase in efficiency over non-titanium coils. This design also provides erosion and corrosion resistance previously unheard of in the heat exchanger industry. Unlike stainless steel or other materials, only titanium can withstand the corrosive effects of salts and chlorine in swimming pool water.
