We’re getting close to the Sky High Aerospace Expo & Fly-In, and we want everyone to have the smoothest experience possible when you arrive.

A few important reminders before show day:
• Buy your tickets online ahead of time to help speed up check-in
• Have your tickets ready when you arrive
• Follow all parking and gate signage
• Arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to get parked and settled in
• Foldable chairs are recommended
• Bring sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and water
• No coolers or pop-up tents
• No smoking, va**ng, or ma*****na on air show grounds
• Outside food and beverages are prohibited, except for water
• Stay clear of all restricted areas and follow staff instructions
We also strongly recommend reviewing the event map before you arrive so you already know where to park, enter, and check in.

🏕️ CAMPING AT SKY HIGH ✈️

Coming in for the full Sky High Aerospace Expo weekend? We’ll have both RV camping and tent camping available so you can settle in and enjoy the entire experience.

Our campground opens Thursday, October 15, giving campers plenty of time to arrive early, get set up, and be ready for the weekend.

A few important things to know before you arrive:
- There are no campsite hookups, so please plan to come self-sufficient.

- Generators are allowed, but we strongly recommend quiet generators out of courtesy to your fellow campers—especially those staying in tents.
- A dumping station will be available Sunday. Campers will receive instructions upon arrival regarding when and how it can be used.
- Please arrive prepared with the water, power, supplies, and equipment you’ll need for your stay.

Camping is one of the best ways to experience the entire Sky High weekend—from arrivals and Friday night activities all the way through the main airshow and Sunday morning.

✈️⚠️ AIRSHOW LINEUPS CAN CHANGE — AND WE KNOW THAT CAN BE DISAPPOINTING. ⚠️✈️

One of the most challenging parts of producing an airshow is that there are a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes that most people never see.

Performers are balancing aircraft maintenance, pilot availability, military tasking, weather, ferry requirements, operational restrictions, unexpected mechanical issues, and commitments to other events. Sometimes an act that was fully expected to attend has to make a change for reasons completely outside of anyone’s control.

We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you were excited to see a particular aircraft or performer. We get it — we’re aviation fans too.

At the same time, our job as organizers is to keep adapting, keep building the strongest show possible, and make sure every decision is made with safety and professionalism first.

A lineup is never just a list of names on a poster. It is the result of months of coordination between performers, airports, the FAA, military units, support teams, and event staff — and that coordination continues right up until show day.

We appreciate everyone who understands that flexibility is simply part of producing an aviation event. No matter what changes along the way, our goal remains the same:
