Precision Artwork n' Design was created in 1989 from a artist named Lloyd Sills, He is a American abstract expressionist artist who was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a young child, he became lost in his imagination and artwork. That imagination grew and so did the art projects. He travelled throughout the United States taking classes of fine arts where and when he could. He supported himself with jobs in carpentry, house painting, and commercial art. He also began meeting some of the modern artist like Steve Powers and Joe Specter specterart
