Kentucky's Early Intervention System (KEIS) is a voluntary program serving children ages birth to three with developmental delays or medical conditions known to cause delays. Kentucky's Early Intervention System serves children from birth to age 3 who have a developmental delay or a particular medical condition that is known to cause a developmental delay. KEIS services are provided statewide and

administered by the Department for Public Health in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. We provide appropriate services and supports to enhance children's growth and development in the Buffalo Trace area that includes the following counties: Bracken, Fleming, Mason, Lewis and Robertson.
