TOMORROW IS THE DAY! 💗
Help The Fight’s 17th Annual Main Event Benefit & Banquet is almost here!
If you’re joining us tomorrow evening, here are a few important reminders to help you get ready:
✦ Doors open at 4:30 PM — arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to check in, explore the auction and raffle items and play some games of chance before dinner!
✦ LOOK FOR US! When you arrive at Spooky Nook, use the Event Entrance located to the left of the Nook’s Main Entrance. Just look for the Help The Fight car and balloons — you’ll know you’re in the right place!
✦ Check in by name when you arrive.
✦ PAYMENT REMINDER: Bring cash for Raffles, Games of Chance & 50/50, and have a credit card ready for online Silent Auction bidding and Live Auction purchases.
✦ Silent Auction bidding is online — your bidding link will be sent to your phone at check-in. Be sure to charge your cell phone before you arrive!
✦ All Silent Auction items will be on display at the event, and volunteers will be available to assist with online bidding.
✦ Dinner begins at 6:30 PM.
✦ A cash bar will be available — and don’t forget to try our specialty pink mocktail, Tickled Pink! And if a mocktail isn’t quite your style...the bar can un-mock it for you! 😉
✦ WiFi details will be waiting for you at your table.
✦ WHAT TO WEAR? Main Event has no dress code! Jeans and T-shirts, dresses and suits, lots of pink — you’ll see a little bit of everything. Wear what makes you comfortable and come ready for a great night!
✦ And one last tip — bring a sweater! The room can get chilly.
Most importantly, come ready for a wonderful evening of fun, connection and community as we come together to support local individuals and families facing breast cancer.
