We aim to service the local area and surrounding areas for all their welding repair and fabrication needs. I've been working in the welding fabrication industry over 15 years. Here's a project we finished up last week, we had to replace the pivot lug on an articulating tractor. We started with piece of 2" thick 1045 steel cut it on on CNC table then welded it in solid.

Need some custom bolt ons for your buckets? We've got you covered we burned these side plates out on our CNC table they are made from 1-1/4" steel that we doubled along the teeth. Had some parts off a John Deere 850 come in last week that needed a quick turnaround. Line bored and did the faces on the C-frame and repaired the blade right here at the shop. Tag-teamed the equalizer bar and track frames with another shop we trust to keep her on schedule and get her back out pushing dirt 👍

That’s how you hit a tight deadline — good people, good partners, and not being too proud to pick up the phone.

Here’s some of what came through the shop this week — 9 platforms, 6 stair stringers, and some custom 1” plate cut on our CNC plasma table. Have a commercial or custom fabrication project in mind? Give us a call.

Had a hot job come through the shop
this weekend. Our customer needed these turned around quick. This equalizer bar and C frame were off a Deere 850 dozer. This job was a little more involved as we had to face the bosses on the C frame and cut snap ring groves in both the C frame and the equalizer bar.

More jobs out the door we've been busy and sending products all over, one jobs headed to Michigan and the other Kentucky, and in between we completely fabricated a new unload chute for a vertical mixer and did a couple line boring repairs on planters getting them ready for spring planting.

Man, nothing beats getting pics from you guys showing our stuff out in the real world!

We built 27 of these conveyor crossovers over the last month for a customer and they are currently being installed at a Ford facility.

From raw steel to finished product our team can handle it all.

Here's a few jobs we've finished up over the last few weeks. We shipped a few sets of stairs and some
handrail to a Ford facility in Louisville Kentucky, ladders for conveyor crosseovers ,and we tackled a few line boring jobs which included a set of dozer push arms and ripper shank. We also started a few more jobs and will post more pictures as we complete them.
