D&R Solutions has access to more than $4 billion in capital and growing daily, most of our capital is derived from private investors, IRAs and hedge funds and earn 10-15% annual interest and are out of the deal in 1-180 days. D&R invests in single family, duplexes, triplexes, multi-units (4-140 units) and commercial properties. Our geographical area is currently Chicago and its surrounding suburbs
and Atlanta, GA. All of the properties that are purchased are renovated to meet the standards of being a D&R property. Our criteria is quite simple we purchased based on a 60-80% ARV depending on risk and property size. Purchase price can be as high as $20 mil, but the majority of purchase prices are usually between $45k and $250k. D&R buys and holds the majority of its properties for the purpose of renting or lease optioning, but due to the extreme volume of deals and scope of work D&R often wholesales deals on a regular basis. Our wholesale deals are normally offered at 20% above our cost or 60-70% of ARV. D&R also offers purchases with 0 down (with down payment assistant program), no closing cost and 1 year home maintenance plan to its owner occupant purchasers.
