Some love stories come full circle... ❤️📚
What a special day it was celebrating Matt & Eva!
These two actually met when they were just 2 years old because their moms were best friends. Although they didn't grow up together, life eventually brought them back into each other's lives, and this past Saturday they were married.
Their ceremony was held at the Ardis Missaukee District Library, a place especially meaningful to Eva's family. Her great-uncle, Charles Ardis, donated the library in honor of his wife, Virginia.
One of my favorite details of the day was Eva's wedding dress. It has now been worn by three generations—first by her grandmother, then her mother, and now by Eva. A priceless family treasure.
Following the ceremony, everyone walked to the Rustic Hog for the reception. As the evening came to a close, family and friends continued the celebration with a walk down the street to the Tasty Treat for ice cream—a sweet tradition that brought back so many childhood memories for Eva.
It was also a special day for me because my granddaughter, Alexis, photographed right alongside me from start to finish.
Congratulations, Matt & Eva! Thank you for allowing us to capture such a beautiful day. Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness together!
Some stories begin with a chance meeting, are written over time, and finally find their perfect ending... or perhaps, their perfect beginning. ❤️
