Wanted to consider my gluten free people for this weekend … so here is a sweet potato brownie 🍠🍫 cake like, decadent and fudgy in all its glory 🤤

I’ve realized that the key with gluten free desserts is you need to rest it longer to make up for that lack and the results amaze me sometimes.

Tomorrow’s cookie lineup looks promising…

🍌Banoffee cookie stuffed with banana cream, coffee caramel and topped with almond praline, chocolate crumble and a brûlée banana 🍌

Lava cake cookie… Nuke me for a few seconds and I’ll ooze like an actual lava cake. Even better topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream 🍨🤤
