CenturyLink/Brightspeed was able to confirm both fiber and copper damage. 3 poles down and 1 damaged. 4 poles are set for replacement along with splicing and stringing aerial tonight throughout the maintenance window.

No ETTR has been declared but work is scheduled to begin at 10PM EST.

Internet service should now be restored for all customers.

If you are still experiencing issues, please unplug your router from the power for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in to complete a reboot. This should restore your service.
