Simple birthday cake. My tiny human turned two, so we needed a cake. This one was chocolate filled with dulce de leche, covered with Italian meringue buttercream frosting. It was a hit with our guests! I know, I'm not the best photographer, but our treats are delicious and made from the best quality ingredients I can get locally.

Have you ever had a four-less brownie? These are so rich and chocolaty! The secret to them being so moist is a can of black beans! I know, it sounds crazy, but it really works! We usually bake them up with stevia for a more waist-line friendly snack, but with these brownies, anything goes!
