ODM Tool & Mfg Co, Inc We are a manufacturing company producing steel parts and welded assemblies mainly to automotive cust Michaelsen.

We were founded in the Chicago suburb of Countryside in 1946 by Otto D. From a small tool and die shop to a leader in precision metal stamping offering a range of value-added services, ODM has come a long way. With a 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and a new 50,000 square foot shipping facility, ODM has the resources to serve customers nationwide.
